Following Jesus today often looks like serving others in ordinary ways. We show our love for Him in acts of love that reflect His heart.

The urgency of Jesus’ call prepared His disciples for the storm that was about to come. Following Him meant not only leaving behind the familiar but learning to trust Him in the chaos ahead.

Discipleship means placing Christ above all else, even when the sacrifice feels impossible. Jesus knows what is ahead in our lives. Faith means that we trust Him.
