Just as new wine bursts old wineskins, the life Christ offers will break apart any heart that refuses to change. When we accept Him, He makes us new. Where in your life might you still be trying to “fit” Jesus into old habits instead of letting Him reshape you completely?

Jesus’ ministry was not about maintaining appearances. It was about bringing a new covenant of grace and truth. The Pharisees resisted because they wanted to hold onto their old ways of control. But Christ chose disciples who were ready for change.

Jesus didn’t come to patch up broken systems. He came to make us whole. Sometimes we try to fix our lives with half-measures, thinking a little patch will hold together what’s tearing apart. But Christ offers something more: renewal from the inside out.
