Christ was accused of being evil when He was the source of all good. The same will happen to His followers. Truth will always offend those who prefer darkness. The more we reflect His light, the more clearly that light reveals the hearts of others.
When we face opposition for doing what is right, we walk the same path He walked.
Faith is not proven by comfort. It is proven by courage. When others misunderstand or oppose us for living our faith, we can remember that we are walking in His footsteps.
The world’s judgment cannot touch the soul that stands approved before God. When we are misunderstood or treated unfairly, we can remember the One who was silent before His accusers. His Spirit strengthens us to endure with grace and to find peace, even in hardship.
